Episode 16: Threading Hearts

I came across Threading Hearts on a Facebook group where Nyshia was spreading awareness of its mission through fashion and beautiful looking bags. In this episode, we discussed Threading Heart's mission to help disadvantaged children living in the foster care system and the reason why Nyshia had to change the business from a non-profit to for profit.

Born and raised in Georgia, Nyshia dreamt of being a singer and spent some time recording music before she decided to change careers to working with disadvantaged children. She then made the move to being a cabin crew member where she made it her mission to spot children in danger of being trafficked. Nyshia's journey is so inspiring and the bags are so beautiful, her story needed to be told and heard.
